Why am I doing this?
My AHA! moment: In personal training and physiotherapy, I repeatedly observed how much positive change occurs when people build strength. Strength training is like a suit of armor for your body – it makes you more resilient, pain-free, and happy. With physical strength comes a return of calm, clarity, and self-confidence.
And the best part: many of my clients say after just a few sessions that they really look forward to training – and miss it if a week is skipped.
When I'm not coaching, you can often find me outdoors in nature, doing martial arts, or playing drums – because I am convinced: it's never too late to learn something new today.
